差异有两点，（1）cDNA序列可以包含UTR（ 非翻译区 ）序列；（2）严格意义上来讲，CDS是 sense序列 ，即和mRNA一致的那条链，而cDNA是mRNA的反向互补序列，是 antisense序列 。
